How to Use on Feet
Put the into the first or second adjustment channel. Starting with the top of the foot, place the centre of the colored roller between the metatarsal bones. Squeeze and roll the device all the way to the tips of the toes. Slowly work back and forth, and switch between each toe, all the way up to the ankle. When you find a trigger point, apply pressure and actively flex and extend the toes around the pressure. You want to apply just enough pressure that it feels like a solid stretch.

Fast, Simple, Effective.
Follow our 3 simple steps whenever you need relief
Locate your pain - Start by rolling the over your muscles to identify tender spots, also known as knots.
Apply and maintain pressure - Place the center ridge of the yellow therapy roller on the knot. Squeeze the handles to apply pressure on the muscle. Slight discomfort here is a sign that you are on the knot.
Floss the muscle - While maintaining pressure on that knot, start stretching the muscle. This would be moving your hand if the sore spot is on your forearm.
